Welcome to Anna Enfys Healing & Coaching. I’m Elaine (also known as Anna, pictured below), and I work with my gifts and my guides to offer spiritual services ~ but I make no charge at this time. At this time of much change, both in our physical worlds and beyond, it is more important to assist others in connecting with Nature and all living things.
I’m sure that like me you may worry about the state of our beautiful planet and the way in which we live, and how difficult it is at times and particularly so right now ~ but we, you can come through this, brighter and stronger than before. In many ways it is time to turn back the clock to when we, as humans, had a stronger connection both to our natural environment, but also beyond that ~ a connection to the spiritual, in a nature based way. Much negativity, imbalance and suffering has and is still being caused by feelings of separateness, of disconnection and much of that is what we’ve been taught is the truth but in fact, nothing could be further from the truth! So it is that you can step back, be the observer and reconnection to that which is your birthright. Peace. Love Harmony. You may have noticed on the landing page a reference to rainbows too. Rainbows truly are a part of who we are, of what all things are, for all is energy and energy contains every colour of the rainbow including colours not picked up by the human eye. Besides reconnecting with and through Nature one may also come to work with rainbow energy oneself, through connection to the Rainbow Grid which connects all life, both on Earth and beyond. This structure is also known as a net of light or as scientists now call it, the Cosmic Web. So you see, all things hold colour, you, me, plants, trees, crystals, animals, the elements even. All is energy. Rainbow energy!
So what is in the name and the logo? Anna is a derivative of Elaine and Enfys is the Welsh word for Rainbow. This is a nod to my feeling of affinity with the Welsh countryside, landscape and history, the place I’m proud to call home, but also because of my passion for colour! Hence the rainbow colours in the lotus blossom logo. The lotus blossom image was chosen as much healing is associated with this beautiful flower, and , in particular I love it’s strength and it is the same strength that is within you and me. The lotus works it’s way out of the mud (and can’t our lives be a bit muddy or unclear at times?) and comes up to bloom in the light, just as you can bloom and shine your own light so bright.
The services on offer are a natural and gentle way to healing and self-empowerment, be it through self-healing, healing or coaching. Work with me in order to work upon yourself ~ to heal and become your true and authentic self. I believe it is your birth right to feel happy, fulfilled and, at one with yourself. Besides the services listed you may also request distance crystal healing and colour healing. For those that know me already, I no longer offer tarot or oracle card readings.
My own spiritual journey, in some ways, started with Colour Theraor enquire about standalone colour, crystal or colour aromatherapy and from there my spiritual tree started to blossom. I am continually learning and updating my skills. Whether it is through one of the healings or coaching or a combination of both, there is something to suit all. With Anna Enfys you are in the driving seat, so feel free to ask for what you want.
