I’m keeping my colour/colour aromatherapy/crystal therapy hat on for the week. I pulled the card intuitively and sunny yellow fits the bill perfectly on this dull, drizzly day.
Yellow ~ The colour of the sun. Warming, uplifting and joyous. A difficult colour for many to wear and coming so many shades, from butter, to lemon to the sharpest of acid yellows. Yellow is linked with the solar plexus, the seat of your power. Yellow not only warms it cleanses, uplifts and purifies. A good colour to work with to assist with lymphatic drainage and to also help with stimulating the head of the pancreas and the production of insulin. A brilliant colour for students as it refreshes and aids concentration and creativity.
Yellow ~ if you can’t wear it in large amounts, why not try using it in your accessories, jewellery, or carry some yellow crystals. Citrine is beautiful (pictured above with yellow jasper) and how about a bit of Yellow Jasper? Citrine balances the solar plexus and aids elimination and detox. The yellow jasper is good if you’ve been suffering prolonged illness and will help with getting rid of toxins. Oils too, carry colour and for yellow you might like to try lemon for it refreshing, uplifting and tonic qualities or even Vetivert, which calms, settles and balances whilst also being a tonic. Eat some yellow too. Bananas, lemons, yellow peppers to name a few. Or what could be better than a nice cup of lemon tea?
There are so many ways to introduce yellow into you day, more than I cover in this piece. Why not try the Special Offer? Just £5 for an in depth consultation which includes a body scan, name analysis (yes colour comes into that too), soul colours, current problems, advice on how to introduce the colours you need and more. Just pop over to the website or message me to book.
The card pulled comes from The Secret Language of Colours by Inna Segal.
