Feeling tense? Headache? Tired?Stressed? Just take a look at the photo, how does it make you feel? Is it soothing? Is it cooling?
Colour, aroma and crystals are all wonderful ways of easing these symptoms, and many others of course. Use then singly or all together. Make a little pamper time for yourself when you feel stressed or tired out. Light some candles (they don’t have to be coloured, but scented is always lovely, but use good quality), Play some gentle, soft music if you wish. Lay down upon the bed and then ~
Either put a drop on lavender on your temples, OR a drop of lavender on the temples and place an amethyst in the area of the third eye (between the eyebrows), OR lay a lavender coloured piece of fabric or a scarf over your eyes. You could think too of diffusing some essential oil of lavender in the room too, or take a bath before resting, adding some lavender oil to your bath water, in a carrier oil or bubble bath base. Give it a try ~ lavender is a wonderfully relaxing treatment.
Take care not to overdo the use of though. You can balance it out by using yellow ~ the complementary colour of the violet hues.
