Get Some Exercise ~ A very timely message for this time of year, as it turns darker and colder. We all feel it’s better to just curl up on the sofa and be more indolent than usual. But, you’re being reminded that exercise is needed. It is good for you mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It uplifts you, stretches you, strengthens you and, the flow of life force energy around the body. Take care of the body that carries you through life. Exercise will keep it trim and supple and you’ll maintain grace and mobility. So, get moving in whatever way you enjoy and do enjoy. Enjoy how you feel afterwards ~ refreshed and revitalised ~ then you can curl up on the sofa! My time now for a walk, followed by hot choc in front of the fire afterwards :-)
