As today is the New Moon and also Chinese New Year of the Rooster I was drawn to the Butterfly Oracle Cards ~ perfect for life changes. As this year is a year of new beginnings it will of course, bring with it some changes. Here’s the guidance ~
New Exercise Programme ~ Okay, so what better way to start a new beginning, a new year, the first new moon, but to take up and start something new! You’re being urged that exercise is the area to look to. Keep your physical body fit and well. Keep it in good condition to help you through the physical challenges of this new year. Not just physically, will exercise help, but mentally and emotionally too, as the exercise releases the feel good hormones into your system. So, exercise, get fit, be well and feel good. What are you waiting for? Start working on that new, flexible and fit body and be ready to spread and flex your wings as new opportunities occur through this year.
Gracefully Ageing ~ There is a beauty in ageing you know. Yes, still exercise as you can, to stay as supple and fit as possible. Don’t be in a rush to disguise yourself though. Don’t put layers over the beauty of who and what you are. There are stories to be told in those wrinkles and scars. They are a beautiful sign that you’ve lived. Yes, do take care of your skin, hair, nails and all. Just be natural though. Naturally you. Age gracefully and beautifully. I’m sure you can think of someone older in years who you can see the beauty of and in. See yourself in that person or people. You are a reflection of others as they are of you. One energy. Accept the physical changes of ageing, there is nothing to be ashamed of. It is a part of the life cycle. Just as the butterfly has a cycle, so do we.
The butterfly cards are from a deck by Doreen Virtue.
